- DueDiligence (checking the seller's real history, collecting and obtaining all the certificates and documents necessary to conclude a contract of sale of the real estate):
- documents by which the seller obtained the title to the property;
- verification of the seller's status in the register of psychoneurological and narcological dispensary; - verification of information on the absence of arrest or encumbrances of real estate (certificate/extract from the USRN);
- information about previous tenants and persons who have checked out (certificate No. 40);
- information on the presence/absence of unpaid debts on utility payments and capital repairs.

We collect documents for a mortgage transaction (if necessary).

We carry out a visit of the lawyer to the transaction for control check of documents.

We provide remote execution of the sale and purchase agreement through an authorized person (representative), if the seller/buyer is in another country/city, under a notarized power of attorney to a lawyer/advocate without personal participation of the seller/buyer.

We provide professional representation in the relevant competent authorities, including Administrations, FGBU “FKP Rosreestr”, with the right to call a cadastral engineer, in BTI, in inspections of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, in housing and communal services, management companies, HOAs, in the bodies responsible for registration and removal of citizens of the Russian Federation from registration at the place of stay and place of residence, including territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr), notary offices, the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal Cadastral Chamber of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography”, the “Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State Services” (MFC), the Center for Municipal Services, other organizations and institutions regardless of organizational and legal form, on issues related to the collection and receipt of all certificates and documents required for the conclusion of a contract for the sale and purchase of real estate.
